Educlid Consulting Services (ECS) provides comprehensive and high-quality support to students wishing to study in Japan from Nepal. Our services aim for the success and fulfilling study abroad experience of international students, and we provide consistent support from the preparatory stage before studying abroad, to daily life support during study abroad, and even to career development after studying abroad.

Japanese learning
We provide educational programs aimed at achieving N4 level Japanese language proficiency. Focusing on basic grammar, basic conversation, reading and listening skills, students will acquire communication skills for everyday life and beginner business situations. You can receive high-quality support from instructors who have completed Japanese language teacher training courses.

Study abroad in Japan

We provide training in Japanese culture, etiquette, and social norms to help international students quickly adapt to life in Japan. Learn about basic manners for living in Japan and important points for cross-cultural communication.

Steps to study abroad in Japan

Study abroad counseling
We provide individual counseling to determine the most suitable study abroad destination and period based on the student's study abroad purpose, interests, and abilities.
We will create an effective study plan according to the student's Japanese level and learning goals and begin preparations for study abroad.

Japanese learning
We provide a 200-hour Japanese language learning curriculum and support students in aiming to pass the N5 level of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test.
The course focuses on basic grammar, conversation, reading, and listening skills, with the goal of helping students acquire the Japanese language skills necessary for living and studying in Japan.

Submit application and pay screening fee
Submit an application for admission to a Japanese language school. At this stage, we will also pay the screening fee.

Preparing for and taking the entrance exam
We help students prepare for entrance exams and ensure that they are in the best possible condition when they appear for the exam.
Students take the entrance exam and wait for the selection results from the Japanese language school.

Issuance of Certificate of Eligibility
Students will receive a Certificate of Eligibility from the Japanese Immigration Bureau. This is an important procedure in order for your study abroad in Japan to be legally recognized.

Admission procedures and payment of tuition fees, etc.
The student will then go through the formal admission procedures for the Japanese language school. At this stage, you will pay tuition fees and other necessary fees.

Obtaining a letter of admission and a certificate of residence status
You will receive an admission letter from the Japanese language school. At the same time, you will also obtain a Certificate of Eligibility.
The student will then obtain (or renew) a passport in their home country and apply for a study abroad visa at the Japanese embassy or consulate.

Study abroad orientation in Japan
At ECS, we will conduct an orientation for studying in Japan before departure. This orientation will help prepare students for their new life in Japan by providing important information about living, studying, and acculturation in Japan.
